DattaDock, LLC, a single-member limited liability company registered in the State of Oklahoma at 12500 Pittsburgh Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73120, operates the products listed on this site. This page states the terms on which those products send text messages.
The programme covers Auto Appraisal Network OKC, the vehicle appraisal service at aan-okc.com, which sends its customers messages about the progress of their own appraisal. Messages are transactional and relate only to the service the recipient asked for. There is no marketing programme and nothing is advertised.
Who receives messages, and how they agreed
Only people who asked to receive them. Consent is given by the person who owns the number, on the enquiry form at aan-okc-shell.netlify.app/request.html, on their own private appraisal page, or by telling the office in a telephone call, in which case the date and the wording read to them are recorded on their file.
The checkbox is never pre-selected, consent is never a condition of any service, and an appraisal is carried out in full for anyone who declines. Consent is not bought, rented, or obtained from any list.
What the messages contain, and how many there are
Messages relate to the recipient's own appraisal and nothing else.

Stopping messages, and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to end all text messages immediately. The opt-out is permanent and is recorded against the number, so it holds even if a form is submitted later. One confirmation is sent, and nothing after that.
Reply HELP to any message for help, and contact details for the product concerned are returned. You may also write to info@dattadock.com, or telephone Auto Appraisal Network OKC on 405-265-8797, and ask to be removed.
Stopping text messages has no effect on your appraisal, your account, or anything you have paid for.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
