Who this policy covers
This policy is issued by DattaDock, LLC, a single-member limited liability company registered in the State of Oklahoma, at 12500 Pittsburgh Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73120. DattaDock is the operator of record for every product listed below and is the party responsible for the personal information those products hold.
It covers Auto Appraisal Network OKC, the vehicle appraisal service at aan-okc.com and aan-okc-shell.netlify.app, which corresponds with its customers by email and by text message. It also covers Classic Source, Kinlend, Ledger and TradeXP.
Where a product carries its own name and branding, DattaDock, LLC is still the operating entity behind it. There is no parent company above DattaDock and no other party with rights over this information.
SMS and text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
DattaDock does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. It does not share mobile numbers, opt-in records, or the content of messages with data brokers, advertisers, affiliates, or any other third party for their own use. Mobile numbers are used only to send the messages described below, and only to people who have asked to receive them.
How you opt in
Consent is always given by the person who will receive the messages, and it is always a separate, deliberate act. No checkbox is pre-selected and no service is withheld from anyone who declines.
For Auto Appraisal Network OKC, you opt in by entering your mobile number and ticking the consent checkbox on the enquiry form at aan-okc-shell.netlify.app/request.html, or on your own private appraisal page, or by telling the office by telephone, in which case the date and the wording you were read are recorded on your file.
The wording shown beside that checkbox reads: yes, text me about my appraisal. Messages are about your appraisal only, never marketing. Reply STOP at any time to end them, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping messages, and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to stop all further text messages immediately. The opt-out is permanent and is recorded against your number, so it survives any later form submission. You will receive one confirmation that it has taken effect, and nothing after that.
Reply HELP to any message for help, and you will receive contact details for the product concerned. You can also write to info@dattadock.com at any time, or telephone Auto Appraisal Network OKC on 405-265-8797, and ask to be removed.
Stopping text messages does not affect your appraisal, your account, or any service you have paid for. It does not stop email about work you have asked for.

Who the information reaches
A short list of named providers, each doing one job: Netlify for hosting, Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, Twilio for text messages, and Anthropic for the document reading built into some products. Each receives only what it needs to perform that job, and none of them is permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Where a finished appraisal report concerns an insurance claim, it goes to whoever you ask us to send it to, which is normally your own insurance company or your attorney. That is at your direction and nowhere else.
DattaDock carries no advertising trackers, no third party analytics scripts and no ad networks, and it does not use customer information to train any model.
Your rights, and how long anything is kept
Write to info@dattadock.com to see what is held about you, to correct it, or to ask for it to be deleted. Requests are answered by the company rather than by a queue.
An issued appraisal report and the evidence behind it are kept for as long as the appraiser may be called on to stand behind them, because an appraisal that cannot be supported is worth nothing to the person who paid for it. Everything else is deleted on request.
This policy may be updated. The date at the top of this page states when it last changed.
