What DattaDock is
DattaDock, LLC does two things. It builds custom web software for businesses that need software written for how they actually work, and it builds and operates a small number of products of its own.
Both are done in house. Design, code, infrastructure, billing and support all sit in the same place. Nothing is outsourced to another development shop, nothing is licensed in from another vendor and put out under our name, and nothing is resold.
For most of its life the company built only its own products and took no client work. That has changed. Client work is now a stated part of what the company does, and the engagements are named on the work page.
Structure and ownership
DattaDock, LLC is a single-member limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States. Its principal place of business is 12500 Pittsburgh Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73120.
There are no employees, no departments, no board and no outside investment. No investor, partner or parent company holds any interest in it.
This is stated as a fact rather than a qualification. One person is accountable for every decision, every change shipped and every support reply. Nothing is passed between a team that built a thing and a team that maintains it, because there is only one person.
How the company operates
Everything is built with agentic AI tools, used across design, code, testing, copy and support. That is the honest explanation for how a single member carries four live products and client work at the same time. The work is directed, reviewed and signed off by that member, who is accountable for every change that ships. The how we build page sets out what the tools do, what is checked, and where the limits are.
Client projects are quoted flat. A written scope is approved before work starts, the price does not move unless the scope does, and thirty days of support are included from the day a system goes live. There is no retainer, no monthly fee and no ongoing charge to us after handover.
Client systems run on the client's own domain, under the client's own hosting, payment and messaging accounts, with the code and the data belonging to the client. We do not hold a project hostage as a business model.
There is no outside investment in DattaDock, so there is no raised capital to spend and no investor timetable to meet. That shapes the scope of what we take on: every project has to be something one person can build well and support afterwards, rather than something shipped once for a launch.
Who we depend on
A company that will not say where its data sits is asking you to take its word for something. These are the third parties in the path of our own products. Client systems run on accounts in the client's name, and the providers used on a project are named in the scope before it is built.

What we are not
A reviewer looking at a small software company tends to ask the same set of questions. Here are the answers before they are asked.
- Not an agency with a bench. There are no employees to assign to your project. One person builds it, and if that person is already committed you will be told when work can start rather than handed to someone else.
- Not an hourly consultancy. Projects are quoted flat against a written scope. Hourly work is offered only for additions after a system is live, and only at a rate agreed first.
- Not a reseller, a white-label operation or a marketplace. Every product is our own code, and every client system is written for that client. We do not rebrand or resell anyone else's software.
- Not an investment vehicle. The company takes no outside capital, and no investor, partner or parent company holds equity in it.
- Not a lender, a bank, a broker or a money transmitter. Kinlend records a loan agreement between two people who already know each other. Ledger works out who owes whom among people sharing costs. In both cases the money moves directly between the people involved. It never passes through the company, and the company never holds, forwards or advances funds.
- Not a financial or legal adviser. Our software generates documents, schedules and calculations from what a user enters. That is record-keeping, not advice, and it does not replace an attorney or an accountant.
- Not certified or accredited by anyone. The company holds no SOC 2 report, no ISO certification and no PCI attestation, and claims none. The security measures we do take are described plainly on the governance page, and they have not been reviewed by an outside auditor.
- Not in the data business. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use customer or client data to train models.
Working with a one person company
It has real advantages and real limits, and both are set out on the how we build page. Read that before deciding.
