What DattaDock builds
DattaDock owns and operates a small number of web software products. Each one was designed and written in-house, runs on infrastructure the company pays for directly, and is supported by the person who built it.
The company does not take clients, does not sell consulting, and does not resell anyone else's software. There is no outside investment. That puts a hard limit on how many products can exist at once, which is why there are four open to the public and two still in development.
Everything on this page is either live and usable today, or marked plainly as not available yet. There is no third category.
Classic Source
One search across nine specialist classic car parts retailers, querying the ones that carry parts for the vehicle, up to eight at a time, with prices, part numbers and stock shown in a single list.

A measured search for a 1969 Camaro radiator returned 130 priced results from six retailers in 3.7 seconds. Every result links straight back to the retailer's own page, because the price is theirs and it can change.
- How it makes money: a Pro plan at $20 a month. Search has a free tier, so the site can be used without paying.
- Payments run through Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly and never touch DattaDock servers.
- Accounts use email and password, or Google sign-in.
Kinlend
A signed agreement, a payment schedule and reminders, for money lent between family members or friends.

It was four hundred dollars in March. Months on, neither of you has brought it up.
Kinlend turns money lent to a family member or a friend into an agreement both people sign, a payment schedule, and reminders that do the asking so you do not have to. It tracks each payment through to a zero balance. It is not a lender, it is not a money transmitter, and no funds move through it.
- Kinlend is not a lender. It lends no money of its own and it underwrites nothing.

- It is a record-keeping tool. Because no money passes through it, it cannot and does not take a percentage of any loan. The agreement and the schedule are generated from what the two people enter. They are not legal advice, and rules on lending and interest vary by state.
- How it makes money: by subscription rather than by advertising. Current plans are shown on kinlend.app.
TradeXP
A free job search site for the skilled trades, showing pay on the listings where the source provides it.

A free job board for the skilled trades: electricians, welders, HVAC techs, drivers. Listings arrive live from the Adzuna API, with the pay shown wherever the source provides it, alongside plain guides to twenty trades. No account, no sign-up, nothing to pay.
- How it makes money: it does not. TradeXP is free to use, carries no advertising and asks for no account.

Ledger
Works out who owes whom on shared costs, and the smallest number of payments that settles it.

Ledger takes the shared costs between roommates, travel companions or a couple and works out who owes whom. Then it reduces the whole tangle to the fewest payments that settle it. No money moves through Ledger, so you send it however you already send it.
- Ledger does not move money. It calculates the balance. The payment itself happens between the people involved, outside the product.
- How it makes money: by subscription rather than by advertising. Any plan, price or free tier is shown on ledgersettle.com rather than repeated here, so this page cannot go stale.
In development, not open to the public
The two products below are being built. Neither is open to the public, neither has a public sign-up, and there is nothing to buy. They are listed because a company that shows only its finished work is telling half the story.

Not yet open to the publicCicada is aimed at nonprofits in Oklahoma that spend a large share of their time chasing grants. The intent is to put three jobs in one place: finding grants the organization actually qualifies for, pulling the county and city statistics that support the case, and writing the application itself. It is not available to the public and should not be treated as a product that can be bought today.

In developmentLegacy Trust
Not yet open to the publicLegacy Trust is a private vault for a family's estate information: accounts, documents, who inherits what, key contacts, and instructions left for relatives. The problem it addresses is that this material is normally scattered across a filing cabinet, several inboxes and one person's memory, and it is needed at the worst possible time. It is not available to the public.

How products are supported
Support runs through info@dattadock.com. The person who answers is the person who wrote the code, which makes the answers specific. There is no support desk, no phone line and no chat widget, and no contracted response time. Most email is answered in two to three business days, and security reports are read ahead of everything else.
Changes are released by the same person who writes them, and go out to the live products as they are finished. Security work is treated as urgent and everything else is queued behind it.

- On Classic Source, the product with accounts, sign-in and billing, passwords are stored only as scrypt hashes with a random salt, and session tokens only as SHA-256 hashes. This is verified live on that product and is not claimed for the others.
- API keys stay server-side and are never sent to the browser.
- No advertising trackers and no third-party analytics scripts are loaded on any product.
- The company does not sell or rent personal data, and does not use customer data to train models.
If a product is retired
Small software companies close products. Saying otherwise would be dishonest, so what follows is what would happen, rather than a promise that it never will.
- Notice by email to everyone with an account, in advance of the closing date.
- Billing stopped at the point of notice, so nobody keeps paying for a product that is going away.
- A copy of your own records, in a plain format that opens in other software, sent on request at any point during the notice period.
- Deletion of the data after the closing date. It is not sold and it is not treated as an asset to be passed on.
- If a product were ever sold rather than closed, account holders would be told before anything changed, and the same export would be offered.
What this page does not claim
DattaDock holds no compliance certification. There is no SOC 2 report, no ISO certification and no PCI DSS attestation. Card data is handled by Stripe rather than by DattaDock.
There is one person behind these products, and no other staff. That is a limit on how fast things get built and how fast support is answered. It is stated here rather than hidden behind a plural.
